I've been coming to this location for over three years now. The food and service used to be WONDERFUL, but I don't know what's happened in the last year. The service is not great or even good. You can tell the people working there are miserable and would rather be anywhere else. The last six times I've gone here, my sauce order has been wrong ( I only ask for two different sauces and they always leave out one of them). My fries have been consistently gross/soggy, and a lot of the time it's only half full. They've just increased their prices but the quality and service has drastically decreased. I wish there was a different location closet to my house, but there's not. I should just give up trying to get the quality of food and service I used to get here. Take my advice and go to ANY other location if possible.

I’m highly irritated with the service every time I come to this location. Somehow, I always forget why I stopped coming until I try to place an order again. I usually do a carry-out order, and without fail, I end up waiting 5-10 minutes for my drinks to be made after my food is ready. By the time I get in my car, the fries are cold. On top of that, whenever I ask for an extra sauce or remind someone I’m still waiting on my drinks, the staff responds with an attitude. I expect better customer service, especially from Chick-fil-A. This location just isn’t living up to the standard.

They handed out my order to somebody else when I came to pick it up and then they told me they couldn’t remake the order due to being understaffed. I just spent the last 30 minutes of my life thinking I had lunch and they gave it to someone else.Chick-fil-A you used to be good but now you suck. Local Atlanta native here.
