Service and cleanliness at this location seemed to have worsen and the new floor employees don’t clean the tables properly. I’ve seen them on their phones in plain sight while there are tables full of trash from people that left. This picture was after the lady “cleaned” after a family left. You can clearly see crumbs

The food quality is going downhill. The parfait yogurt to fruit ratio is unbalanced. 3 small slices of strawberry and 3 small blueberries. It seems like the amount of granola in the bag is less than it used to be. It's like I'm eating just yogurt with some specks in it. I thought maybe it was just an oops but it has happened the last several times. Also the biscuits have been underdone. Dang chik-fil-a. I am disappointed. You are the only fast-food joint I appreciated, but at these prices, the quality is no longer matching.

What happened here?? I ordered a chicken filet biscuit but instead got what appears to be a chicken nugget biscuit. Not sure if they just made a mistake or somebody bit off half of it. On top of that, the employees in drive thru window were rude and trashy (Saturday morning 8/31). Hoping this was an outlier but will gladly speak to the GM to make sure they get things up to par with the other CFA's we know and love around the country.
