We eat here about twice a week via drive through takeout for our family. Not the typical norm, but in the last 3 visits, twice they have forgotten parts of our order in the bags. We are a family of 8 and do our best to check the bags upon leaving the drive through but did not notice. They always are super polite and no questions asked remake our food. Just very inconvenient as either my food gets cold while I go back to get the missing items or I miss out on eating with my family as I have to go back. The new grilled.spicy chicken sandwich is AMAZING by the way!

Never have I gone to a Chick-Fil-A and my order been wrong, or not bagged correctly. We were missing half our order, went back to grab it and they hadn't even made it? Very disorganized for a company that is so consistent at every single other location.

I’m leaving this response because it’s happened on several occasions. With prices going up makes it a tougher pill to swallow. I asked for extra sauce for Tenders.. not one sauce was in the bag. It’s the attention to detail. Without sauce for the Tenders or dressing for the salad leaves a super disappointing experience.
