The store had their Halloween decorations up and it was cute. I ordered 2 CookOut dogs and 2 shakes (1 Banana fudge and 1 with strawberry, pineapple and blueberries.) Well as you can see, these are 2 of the driest chili slaw dogs on earth. But the milkshakes made up for 1 half-done hotdog and the 1 over-done one.

Honestly I have given this location so many chances but at this point I’m fed up! The drive thru line was a bit long so I parked the car and ordered at the outdoors windows. They hand me a sticky note because the receipt machine is down. No biggie. I then go wait and wait and they tell me that my order was never paid for and that I need to go repay. I go repay and wait longer. I then was given the wrong order and luckily I noticed. I waited and waited even longer. The service staff was at least trying to get it together. I get home and open my tray and I ordered a chicken quesadilla and they gave me just plain cheese (this isn’t the first time either!) plus it was all gross and slimy. I’m just disappointed with this location. Like I don’t have high standards for it as it’s fast food but come on now!

Great food. The place was PACKED at 2am! They had a security guard directing two lanes of traffic for drive thru AND there were tons of people at the front window take out on foot.
