We come to the area for the Chastain Arts fest yearly and every time I visit this location it is just incredible, the way they work as a team to make sure every guest leaves with a smile and satisfaction they come for. Peaches and Tanisha are awesome they make sure you are taken care of and they never disappoint.

Pulled into drive thru with a mobile order. Gave confirmation code and was told to go up to second window. Waited in line 20 minutes before they said “the grill is taking too long to heat up. It still has 12 more minutes. We can’t give you a refund and we can’t fulfill your order.” Asked about the remainder of our order (fries, pies, and frappes) and they claimed they didn’t have that either. They let 3 cars sit in the drive thru for TWENTY MINUTES, and then sent us away without our orders or refunds. UNACCEPTABLE. Everyone gets paid to just breathe air these days.

I come to this McDonald’s all the time and usually they on point! But tonight!! I asked for a double quarter pounder and they had lettuce and mayonnaise in my shit and it was a regular quarter pounder. Asked for a sweet tea no ice still got it full of ice. They asked if i wanted to make it a large i said No and after i paid and got all the way home i checked the bag and it was a damn large! Y’all need to listen! And i want My money back!
