Why do they always get my order wrong in the drive-thru?!!! Just left this location stop there before going to work. I wanted a steak, egg & cheese bagel. Here’s what I got… Now even if I kept this breakfast sandwich it still wouldn’t be satisfying because they put only a half ah piece of bacon on top of the folded egg. And yet they charged me $9.68 for the meal! I’m totally disgusted and hungry too far to turn around to fix it or I’ll be late for work. Soooo upset rt now! Look at the tag on the bag it clearly says Stk Eg/Chs Bgl….

I drove in the drive thru about 8:45 ish with my daughter and grandkids. The man who was speaking on the intercom was very rude, and seemed as though he had the worst day ever! He didn’t greet me. Never asked if I was using my rewards or anything. I initiated all of that. I ordered a 5$ Mc value meal and all he said was ok. The plan was to order 5 of those , but didn’t get past the 1st. I stated Is he going to ask what kind of sauce or drink. He sighed and stated that he would ask at the end… he seemed as though I was bothering him. So I politely took my money to Chic fil a , where it would cost more, but I didn’t have to deal with a guy with glasses, a blue shirt on ( looked like a mgr) with a NASTY behind attitude. If he is the manager that’s EVEN worse.. some people actually shouldn’t have jobs that deal with customer service if they don’t like to deal with the public. I work too hard to spend my money where the food is sub par and the staff is rude.

This is the stupidest McDonald’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of ordering from. They consistently screw up every single order I’ve ever made. They tried to charge me $4 extra for “real” bacon on the standard bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, and when I said no they gave me Canadian bacon (which was gross and flabby). When I looked it up later to see if this was some new crazy change McDonald’s had made, I found nothing about it. Best I can understand is that whoever was working drive thru confused adding the surcharge bacon to burgers as being the standard for everything?? This location needs a complete management and staff retraining overhaul; I have never been to a more incompetent location of fast food anywhere.
