If I could give 0 stars. I would. Sonic, if you wonder why your business is failing, I have the reason in the pictures. I went to this location and this is the second time where not a single person answered the drive thru, no one answered any of the order boxes. Clearly Sonic was open because it was 9pm. It seems like the workers would rather be in their phones than taking orders. This is the worse Sonic I’ve ever been to. What a shame. I guess I’ll have to give my money to a different company.

I usually don’t have a great experience with this Sonic but last night was excellent. My Sonic Blast came out very quickly, in less than 5 minutes; usually takes over 10. Also, might I add it was delicious. And the carhop, Dereck, was super friendly and showed great customer service!

Waited 45 minutes for my favorite snack a soft pretzel. That I made a mobile order for so that I wouldn’t wait. When i got it, it was hard and burnt
