If I was to give a rating they won’t even get any. On March 11th, I was waiting for 29 mins in the drive thru line with other cars waiting before 2 am and I got no response from anyone. I should have at least gotten a response stating they were close but I got nothing. People were waiting. The employee stayed mute.

This Wendy’s has me seriously rethinking fast food altogether. Every time I come here, it’s the same nonsense—understaffed, employees moving like they couldn’t care less, and the worst service imaginable. I literally sat at the drive-thru window for five full minutes just to see if anyone would acknowledge me. They didn’t. No urgency, no respect for customers, and it’s clear they’ve completely abandoned whatever system was supposed to track service times. And the food? Microwaved. Stale. Wrong. There has never been a day where I’ve come here and gotten fresh, correct food in a reasonable time. This place is a disaster, and it’s making me question if fast food is even worth it anymore.

This was the worst Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had. The food was not fresh, even though the restaurant was really slow. Upon entry, I was asked several times if I placed a mobile order. Each time I said No. the front counter clerk was sitting in the lobby on her phone. She then told us it was hot in the kitchen that’s why they were sitting out there. The manager was talking loudly/badly about another manager. The floors were slippery and wet and the lobby was not clean. I always expect more from Wendy’s but this time I was let down.
