Food is always good. The drive thru is usually awesome and quick, this particular location, yes it is new, needs to have additional customer service training for some of the employees, lucky it isn't table service because some would not receive a tip, the only tip would be, they need to change their attitude. The lady working the drive thru Mary is her name , was rude didn't let us finish our order, cut us off while we tried to give her the rest of our order, didnt say anything except "whats the name " Told us if we wanted anything else we could ask at the window. The young man that brought our food is a sweetheart, and he apologized for the other employee being rude. This is one of our go-to if we ever get fast food, but we will go to a different location from now on.

Grace in the drive thru is consistently rude and stays cutting off breakfast at 10:30 on the dot like I haven’t been sitting in line for the past 10 minutes. Seriously is this Chick-fil-A or an army base. Everyone else that works here is chill though I come here a lot. However I will be mobile ordering in the mornings from now on to avoid her

Went to eat late and cashier waited til she handed us food to rudely tell us we would not be able to dine in. She proceeded to rudely kick out a basketball team and another family member. Terrible communication. Terrible execution. If you’re closing, close the kitchen. Or keep the kitchen open for drive through only. Don’t take our money and then kick us into the parking lot. Definitely a bait n switch… Manager stepped in to let us stay to eat, cause we weren’t interested in eating cold sandwiches after just coming in from a flight…
