The people there are pretty nice and the food was good. The burger and fries came out really hot which was nice and the burger had good flavor. It’s very greasy as always though, but honestly that’s what makes it good. It was made to order decently fast and the place was pretty clean too. Five guys is always pretty expensive, but they give you a lot of fries, a small is like a large, super good.

Downtown Savannah at night. Location was fully staffed, so the line moved quickly. The large Cajun fries were hit and thoroughly seasoned. My wife ordered the veggies burger w/cheese, minus tomatoes, and it was exactly as she ordered and larger than expected. I ordered the bacon burger all the way minus onions. Both burgers were hot and the buns were fresh. She had a Reeses and chocolate shake w/whipped cream. It was tasty! Only complaint would be drink machine. Because the store was busy, not enough attention paid to changing out syrups and checking carbonation (little flat). Great meal, great service with smiles, so we tipped, and great view of high-top windows seats looking out at busy street of pedestrian traffic.

I placed an online order ahead of time. Notified them through the app I was on my way so that they could start the food in a timely manner. I get there and my food was not ready and hadn’t even been started. Customers who had gotten there and placed orders in person were attended too first before my online order. Once handed my ordered I was missing several items and had to notify the employee who looked annoyed. The fries were soggy and the burgers were wrong. Disappointed at best and won’t be back.
