Ordered online and went in to pick up the order. Had to wait a long time over 10 minutes. The drinks had no ice and there was no ice in the machine in the lobby. Sweet tea had no expiration date on it. The grossest thing was a mobile order to go, like a Uber eats, and it was sitting on top of the trashcan waiting to be picked up. Was there when I came in and was still there when I left. Our food was cold and our drinks were warm. The service was horrible and the girl in the drive-through the whole 15 or 20 minutes that I was there. Definitely cannot recommend This McDonald’s what a horrible experience.

This location used to be my go to since it’s so close to home but lately its service times have gone way up, like 20 minute waits, and its service way down. All the employees seem under the age of 21 and there does not seem to be anyone who is an actual manager available. It’s become routine to experience the staff cussing and yelling not only in the open kitchen area but in the dine in area as well. One time as the employee was bringing my late night order to the walk up window, in his hand he was clutching a swath of fried and eating them as he handed me my bag. I understand everybody’s gotta eat, but appearances!

Long Wait at Drive through Assume they were Cooking My Food Fresh. Nuggets Old, Cold and Rubbery. Sandwich was Soggy and Cold! Forgot My Sweet Tea but Did Not Make a Fuss about It, Waited Long Enough. NOT SHORT STAFF COUNTED EIGHT EMPLOYEES WORKING!
