I just moved here and this was my first and last time coming to this sonic. When I arrived at the window the girl opened the window and knocked over my food in the bag onto the ground. It fell in a puddle and it was visible dripping water from it. The girl asked for me to give it back to her. I thought she was going to throw it. She literally came back a minute later and just rebadged the food and tried to hand it to me. I told her I'm sorry but I don't feel like eating food that just fell on the ground in a puddle she rolled her eyes and shut the window before I could say anything else. She didn’t even want the bag touching her when I gave it to her because it fell in a puddle with leaves and cigarette buds. I don't think they even remade the food at all. Once I got a "new bag" I opened it and my box was still smashed and the tots were cold. The contents of the burger were everywhere inside the burger box like it had been dropped. She just tried to close the window on me quickly again and I asked for my two drinks that were missing. She handed them to me and closed the window quickly again. I tried calling three times to talk to a manger. I'm over it at this point and just want a full refund I don't even know if my food is edible.

I’ve order from here multiple times and whoever takes orders from the drive-thru lacks grace and etiquette. Not matter the time you go, they’re blatantly rude and purposely get your order wrong or give you a luke warm order. That’s something I’ve noticed about the majority of fast food restaurants in Savannah. Guess the employees aren’t keen on making $7.25 cents a hour and it shows. Look at the photo. I ordered a Oreo blast with extra and besides the crumbl on top THE ENTIRE THING IS VANILLA.

Food is normally decent however they like to sit outside and smoke and make you wait in the morning before you can order, or you show up 30 minutes after theve opened and they still are setting up but they have plenty of time tk be eating and snacking, wont answer the drive thru or park in so they won't take your order, these people are rude and surprised this place is still open.
