This has to be my worst experience ever. My food was nasty and taste very old. I will never come back here!!!! The manager named Theresa would not give me my money back although I told them not to make my food with salt she did. She did not care and was yelling at me through the window. She knocked on the window and told me to look at the payment screen to tell me she deleted the payment. I was very unclear to what she was trying to tell me because I don’t work at Checkers. She never gave me a refund. She took my food but never ever refunded me. Her attitude was horrible. So I’m leaving with no food and I’m out of money. Horrible horrible experience!!

Bs service. Employees need to be fired. They stop making food two hours before they close every night. the food is actually good when they decide to serve you.

Employee's need to be trained properly for customer service. I be standing outside for a long time and no one acknowledges the customer unless you have a car for drive thru. I could run that place way better than the general manager who runs this store.
