Ordered in advance, waited in line 20 minutes to get to the pick up window, then was ignored for an extra 15 as I watched my already prepared food get cold.. staff didn’t even say a word to me, just looked angrily haha. Food was cold, otherwise would have been good.

This is ridiculous! I have waited over 40mins for a mobile order. Update 02/28/25 @1610: I have given this Checkers location multiple chances to improve, but unfortunately, the service remains unacceptable. Despite placing a mobile order, I waited over 30 minutes for my food, which is completely unreasonable. The lack of urgency, customer service, and overall efficiency suggests a disregard for customer experience and time. This location is in serious need of new management. The quality of service should not be dictated by the neighborhood—it should meet the same professional standards as any other establishment. I hope corporate takes action to address these ongoing issues.”

They made my doordash customer's order and sat it by the fries and made me wait 30 minutes at last to give it to me and told me they were making it fresh and then just have me that old did for a customer wouldn't recommend ordering from this location
