I wish I had my apple pie they forgot, and the icee was disappointing, and of course soggy bread on for cheese Krystal. It’s Krystal so yea… the meal was affordable under $8 at this location there’s hardly ever a long line

I was told when I moved here to ATL that the customer service sucks at restaurants. I refuse to think that until I saw on myself tonight. So it is Thursday August 15, 2024. At the drive-through was the so-called manager Brown skin chick with braids. I told her I’m the drive-through that I just wanted to catch up and she’s on my crystal only. I do realize that Crystal was sometimes have a little flakes of onion on your sandwich because they cook with onions. I’m aware of it, but when I got my sandwich this is what it looked like. In a nice way, I asked the young lady about it and she was ready to tell me that they cook with onions as if there was no way around it. When I tried to speak, she told me to let her speak. Her customer service was awful. She wouldn’t let me talk so I just asked for my money back. With customer service all she had to do was correct it But she was ready to make her point. For her to be be a manager and to act that way is absurd. Please put this lady through training again. Definitely not a good look for the company.

I love Krystals and I'm trying to meet them halfway with this review. With my job I usually get off around 2:00 a.m. in the morning and thank God that Krystal is one of the places that's available to get food. Even though the line can be ridiculously long because other people are also getting off or coming in at that time. That's not what my gripe lies. I've been through several times and my order always gets wrong. I usually order a number 5 large fries and drink but when I get to the window the fry size is always a small even though they charge me for the large and the fries are cold. The chicks themselves are usually okay and hot. One time okay, but a second and third time in a row and I think it's on purpose or you're just pocketing the extra money.
