Approximately Arrived At The Krystals On Hwy 85 @8:00Am And Waited (At The Counter Register) Seventeen Minutes In Order To Take My Order, Then Before I Could Place My Order, The Cashier Skipped Over Me In Order To Take An Customer That Were Already Eating Drink Refill And Extra Sausage Biscuit, In Which She Should Have Took The New Customer Order First Then Handle The Previous Customer Order After Mines Were Taken. After Placement Of My Order, She Decided To Rush Me On The Payment. So I Took My Time, Just Like How 🤔 She Take Her Time To Even Come To The Counter To Receive My Order I Took My Time On Handing Her The Cash Money. FOOD CAME OUT QUICK AS IF IT WERE ALREADY SITTING THERE. Tots Were Burned And Not Golden Brown And Scrambler Meal Were Half Ass Filled And Chicken Patty Look Dryed Out. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!¡!¡! For An $9.91 Meal The Food Looks Horrible (See Attached Photos)

The lady at the drive thru was nice, but the food is disgusting! My Krystal's looks like they were left over from the day before. Definitely won't be back to this location!

I like hot grits and eggs in the morning sometimes. This location is always fast & friendly, and my breakfast is always hot and fresh.
