I ordered 6 Jumbo Jack's & 6 Chicken sandwiches on the app. I had ordered ahead on the app, so when I drove up to the window, I only had to wait 2 minutes. The food was hot & fresh. As for the atmosphere, I rated that 5 stars. There was nobody in the drive-thru, and it was really nice out.

This location is convenient for me. I would say over the past 5 years their quality has gone down immensely! Food is either cold when it should be hot/warm. I also ALWAYS need to check my order before leaving because 7 out of 10 times it's wrong or incomplete! I checked my order tonight before leaving and it was correct. However, got home (3 mins away) and my hashbrowns were hardand really cold! My breakfast sandwich was practically thrown together (I had to assemble it) and barely warm. I also have to take a sip of my soda before leaving, because 8 out of 10 times it tastes horrible or it's flat! Management needs to oversee these matters! I know, I should go elsewhere... but there's not too many places open late when I finish work.

Asked for extra pickles on buttery smashburger. Lady said it doesn't come with pickles, but would I like to add pickles, which I thought was very nice and professional of her. When I got my burger, there were no pickles on it. Ruined my evening.
