We went through the drive-thru and received our food, which was fresh and delicious. The young man at the window was polite and had a smile on his face the entire time. Our order was accurate, and the food was hot. My wife had to go inside to grab something we forgot, and she noted that the restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant smell. Overall, this location stands out compared to most Taco Bell restaurants. It had been over a year since our last visit to one, and this experience was surprisingly enjoyable—especially for a fast-food chain.

Everytime I order they miss something. I call because I want my food not a refund and they tell me it’s not their problem, you forgot my food how’s it not your problem. They’re rude and have horrible customer service. You have one job make food and put it in a bag it’s not hard to do. I’ve done it and it’s really not hard. Honestly surprised someone hasn’t done a total rehire to get better workers at this point, maybe the ratings would be better.

They gave me an incomplete order and forgot two of my items. And my taco was more tortilla than anything
