Worst place in town. Avoid at all cost. Zero quality. Zero service. Dirty tables. No refunds offered. And no concern of allergies to their product. Several attempts at restaffing but still one of the worst places in town. If your hungry for excuses and deflecting all accountability eat here. More people should be concerned.

My husband and I went through the drive through and both of us got chicken sandwiches (his was spicy). About halfway through my husbands sandwich, it went from seemingly cooked to entirely raw and pink. I immediately called the restaurant and they told us to bring in the chicken. We went back to the restaurant about 90 minutes later (we were at a family members house and couldn’t leave immediately). We took the raw chicken with us so the staff could see. We were worried about them serving raw meat to other customers as well. They did not apologize once, and they said they couldn’t give us a refund because we didn’t bring back the “whole” sandwich. Then they tried to imply that this wasn’t their chicken, and we were lying, even though the staff remembered us coming through the drive through. They even brought out an uncooked spicy chicken sandwich to compare to the one we had, and tried to say they didn’t match. I posted two pictures with this, the first one is the raw chicken we were served. The second picture is the comparison between the frozen uncooked chicken and ours. The frozen chicken still had frost on it, and they said the chicken we had couldn’t be theirs because it was darker. The manager had to have multiple private conversations with corporate on the phone in between talking to my husband. Eventually they refunded us only the money for his sandwich, but not for our entire order. Again, we were only concerned about the safety risk of serving raw meat to customers, but neither staff nor corporate were apologetic or seemed concerned.

Terrible, only ones in line and had to wait 5 mins to order. Then it was ready super fast but it was below sub par. I will not go again.
