I live about 3 blocks from the location. I'd been going to this location for years. I quit about a year ago because the customer service was awful and my order was never correct. Tonight I figured it'd been long enough that they'd have to have new staff by now and I was correct. No familiar faces. Customer service was satisfactory and my order was (mostly) accurate. However, when ordering on the app the prices were drastically different than from the store which I only know because the app kept having issues and wouldn't let me finalize the order. An entire $1 difference per meal ordering from the store. When I got home to eat my meal half of the bun was rock hard on my sandwich. I also ordered the cinnabon which was also rock hard. My baked potato was so dry. They forgot the sour cream and there was no butter. The food wasn't edible. I'm so disappointed that a once thriving chain has declined so drastically. Incredibly disappointing. Tonight was probably their last chance.

They were extremely rude. We order very simple meals. We pulled up to the window. Obviously the girl was very upset. Slamming things around. We got our order pulled off went to a gas station right next door came back to the car. Check the food and it was wrong. Upon examining it we found all the sandwiches to be cold. Return to the restaurant spoke with the girl that first took our order and she said oh yes I'm sorry I did make a mistake. There was a young man in the food area cooking came up was so very rude and disrespectful. I explained to him she even said she messed up. He got an attitude with me talking very disrespectfully. I asked to speak to the manager it took her 10 minutes to come up front to speak to me. Explained it to her and the gentleman with the attitude. Came around the corner standing behind flipping me off. And I told her I found it very disrespectful she ignored me. And then started making our food. He. continued standing around the corner talking extremely rude and disrespectful vulgar language. Another two times he ran around different places flipping me off spoke to the manager again and she told him to stop. Continue flipping me off. . Very unsatisfied with the food and the young man that was extremely disrespectful

This Wendy's really struggles. I live right by it so we do tend to go here more than most fast food places. The staff is never friendly, they kept my money for a refund they were supposed to get me one time, because a manager didn't have time to come to the front. I waited 10 minutes or more. The drive through folks are a no man....no we have no baked potatoes, no we don't have chili here at this Wendy's. Which I'm pretty sure is total crap, because Wendy's always has chili and it's on the their menu as well as the baked potato.
