Culver’s

The food was not quite as good as other Culver's, my burger just wasn't as juicy as normal. But the young lady who took our order was outstanding! She made a special trip to make sure we did not need anything further. She also made a separate trip to bring us mayo, simply just a customer friendly employee, you are lucky to have her, do what you can to keep her. Only way to describe her is by her bright pink hair and i believe she was black.

We have gone to Culver’s for yrs. I especially enjoy their concrete mixer. As of lately (last 6 mths or so the products we have received are very in consistent. Concrete mixer over mixed to the point that there aren’t any chunks left and the consistency is that of a shake. In addition 1 time the same size custard product (various)is the normal size and then the next it’s very small (@2/3 rd normal size). I don’t knew if it’s due to new people /bad training or cost cutting measures. For concrete mixers I’ve had to when ordering, start expressing the need for it NOT be over mixed and make correctly.

Sad day for Culvers on 1/17/25. My wife and I were on a date. We decided to stop at Culvers as we were hungry and we enjoy their food. We arrived around 655 to find a couple families at tables and two people at the counter waiting on orders. We waited and their orders were filled. Then the staff worked on orders for the window for about 5 more minutes. We waited patiently as orders kept going out. We were completely ignored and the staff kept their backs to us as if we weren't there. There was a couple that came in after us who when they saw what was going on turned around and left. My wife and I after 15 minutes of waiting decided that we were to hungry to stay there and wait any longer and had to go elsewhere for our date. Such a sad state of customer service by this staff.
