Horrible service. Was standing at the register to order while an employee was sitting in a booth talking to another employee and looking directly at us. Finally after about 7 minutes they both got up and asked if we had been helped. I ordered the 2 PC Chicken with fries and an extra piece of chicken. I received the 3 pieces of chicken and like 4 waffle fries. Last few times I have been here the service has gotten worse.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Our first visit was a disaster, our drive-thru order came out with ice cold food, overcooked fries that were so hard they were nearly impossible to eat, and an overall disappointing experience. We decided to give them a second chance, thinking maybe it was just an off day. Big mistake. The food was even worse, cold, soggy shrimp dripping with oil, and once again, rock hard fries. My partner was beyond frustrated, especially since we were starving and had spent a lot of money, only to end up throwing the food away. This place is ridiculously overpriced for the terrible quality. I will never return and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Honestly, you’d be better off with a McChicken from McDonald’s than wasting your money on this mess!

Manger is very rude, they forgot half my order. So had to drive all the way back up to get the rest of my order. She told me my hush puppies were in my order when they weren't. She has a bad attitude. I tried to call and she was rude I have been busy so couldn't answer the phone is the response I got. They are all very rude at this location. Think they need a new one
