We used to love this place however when the wife came home from work telling me two of her co-workers got chili which had hair in it that pretty much killed it for us. We haven't gone since. Don't want food that requires a shave nor a haircut!

I've eaten here 100s of times over the years. Super good service. Very, very fast. And the employees are very courteous--they're always so kind, helpful and are always smiling. They're basically friends at this point. Definitely a good atmosphere!!! My only gripe is that sometimes, not always, the Styrofoam cheese burger case will melt when the party touches it on the inside, especially if you order the chicken sandwiches. And also, not always but every once in a while you will eat a sandwich that will disagree with you later.

Really good burgers, fries, and shakes. We stopped while passing thru Des Moines and enjoyed a quick lunch. A bit less expensive than the mainstream fast food and definitely better quality of food. We'd visit again.
