Haven't had any issues here, just always seems a little dragged by the workers. Like no one wants to be at work. You may get lucky and have a nice cashier in the drive thru but if not, go across the Street to panera.

came in with a coupon on the back of the receipt. The cashier was unaware of how to input this coupon in the system, so she proceeded to tell me that it didn’t work. I informed her that I usually experience this type of thing (cashiers not knowing how to input this particular coupon) and they (cashiers) usually call a manager to do so. She continued to tell me…”No, I tried, it doesn’t work.” At this point, I was frustrated. I already had bypassed a Burger King near my home simply because this particular Burger Kings food is better, second to the Altoona Iowa Burger King. So to have to deal with unprofessionalism was just irritating to say the least. So I matter of factually told her, “No, it does work; you just don’t know what you’re doing. Can you get a manager?” She doesn’t respond, walks away; and after a few minutes of nothing, just as I was about to say something, a manager walked up…. And what? Enters the coupon. I said, “she should be watching so she’ll know what to do next time.” He said “yea, that’s cause she didn’t enter it right”. I said “I know, but she was insistent on turning my coupon away, saying it didn’t work after I tried to tell her to get you in the first place”. He just repeated the same thing he said the first time. So now I’m heated because…where’s the accountability?? & no apology from the cashier who insisted she was right more than once when she actually wasn’t! Do better
