Our first time at a Culver's and probably our last. The employees were not helpful. Didn't greet us and continued to talk to one another even when we approached the counter. Didn't realize that when you are asked about what condiments you'd like, you were including all other toppings like lettuce and pickles. So, my husband just a plain cheeseburger with ketchup. I did not realize that when I said "everything" on my burger that it meant double patties (or maybe the sandwich came with 2, it wasn't clear.) The cheese curds were okay, but too salty and I had to pay extra for dipping sauce. The fries were limp. The burgers themselves were okay, but not anything special.

The burgers can be pretty good if they don’t give you an old patty that’s not even hot. I was shocked at how grotesque the men’s room was on my visit February 2025. I tried to tell one of the managers, but she ignored me. It was very obvious nobody on staff had checked it for hours. Not going back.

Great food and exceptional service. Would definitely recommend giving them a try if you have never been here. The onion rings are the best we have ever had at a fast food place. We have been told the custard is really good, but we were so stuffed from the burger we will have to go back another time to try.
