This is another chain fast food place that is by the way Mexican or better TexMex style. The young generation has no idea that clients want service as well as food. They are to busy on their phones doing what ever they do. They are not conversational other to say here’s your food and a thank you grunt. They need to go to a class about manor’s. The food is just alright if you was a quick fill you tummy. Forgot to give you address 1306 s Broadway boise

I recently visited Del Taco in Boise and left feeling incredibly disappointed. Having enjoyed Del Taco at other locations, I was shocked by the unusually small portions served here—far smaller than what I’ve come to expect from the chain. The food lacked the freshness and flavor that typically makes Del Taco a reliable choice. Despite the friendly staff, the overall experience was underwhelming, with the portion sizes making it feel like poor value for money. If you’re a fan of Del Taco, this location may not meet your expectations. Hopefully, management addresses these issues soon.

I understand service can vary from day to day depending on who is running the cash register or drive through. Today i wanted to commend “Joshua” or whomever it was running the drive through. You need to pay that man more or make him a manager. Some people just know how to respect/serve & put themselves in the shoes of the customer who is paying money for the food they are taking to enjoy. You don’t treat a customer like a conveyor belt pushing them on like “next, next, next”. Joshua walked out to the parking lot with my food. Apologized for the wait, handed me a cold bottle of water for the trouble, & told me that they appreciate my buisness. I never expected anything for a simple few minutes of waiting for fresh food. I had no issue, but Joshua cared! He cared about my time & experience. That is rare in the food industry in the USA. So it deserved my time to write this & give him some accolades.
