Unbelievable, I’ve never seen Jack in the Box tacos look so disgusting. Cold to the touch and saturated with oil. They look like they tried to deep fry them multiple times. Right in the trash! I wouldn’t feed this to an animal.

5 stars if this was just based on Nancy! She's SO kind and truly goes above and beyond both professionally and personally. She ALWAYS gets orders right too! A few times when she wasn't there though, my order's wrong about a third of the time. I'm always super mindful of being kind to fast food employees, as I used to be one too. But whether or not the order's correct, I just get attitude from several of the other workers. I want to ask them if their Mama taught them to check their tone, not just with work but how they carry themselves in general. Today I had to drive all the way back across town to get the correct order after every item was wrong, meaning I invested much more than initially agreeing to. Even apologizing for the inconvenience would be appreciated, but the fact that I got nasty attitude as though I was the one inconveniencing them was completely out of line. I'm not the one who didn't hold up my end of the agreement. If this is you, be like Nancy... And give her a raise!

I ordered my food and got to the window and was asked to pull around front which is fine they were a bit busy. After waiting verified that the sauce I asked for at the window was in there and it wasn’t. He went and got the sauce and came back and I left. Halfway home my son realized there was only one of the two curly fries that I ordered in the bag and I had to turn around and go back for the second. Once I got home I realized that the 5 piece chicken tender that I ordered and payed for was only a 3 piece. The 13 piece Toney taco that I ordered only had nine tiny tacos in it and was supposed to be a loaded one and barely had any toppings on it. I work in customer service myself and hate leaving bad reviews but this experience by far has been the worst one I’ve had a jack in the box ever. I feel scammed because I did not get what I paid for.
