Food was great. Hot! But the gal at the window either couldn't hear very well or didn't speak English real well. It took numerous attempts to get our order entered correctly. But ended up fine.

Very disappointed I was wanting some food and decided to download the app to get a discount. Went to pick up the food and once we got home realized the burger and sandwich we received were not made correctly. Everything else in the order was fine but I was really looking forward to eat my smash burger and this burger is NOT IT. The chicken tater melt was just a chicken patty on a croissant with sauce. No hash brown no cheese. Very unsatisfying

Literally sitting here in the parking lot writing this. But the young lady up at the window was very short and rude gave me and my passengers dirty looks for no reason. At least fake it. I can see why she didn’t even offer me my receipt. Probably didn’t want me to leave a review through Jack in the box itself. Don’t recommend coming here in the morning.
