I've frequented McDonald's enough to say that most of the time, the food is decent. A Big Mac or some fries can hit the spot when you're craving fast food. However, my experience with their app deals has been disappointing. Whenever I redeem a free item, it feels like I'm getting the oldest food they have lying around. It's frustrating to think that since it’s free, they don’t prioritize quality. McDonald's really needs to step up their game and ensure that all customers, regardless of what they pay, receive fresh food. Overall, I hope they can do better in the future.

This particular McDonald's is the worst. They pretty much always get the order wrong. Today, they handed our food to the car in front of us. Who we could see rummaging through it. They gave it back, and the genius of an employee hands it to us after their dirty paws were all in it. It's completely disgusting. I would give this location a zero. The food is already toxic enough. We don't need people's dirty hands touching it and then reserving it. Yuck.

I think if you are going to sell fries that have been under the heat lamp for hours they should at least be half price--nasty. No napkins, or condiments. No receipt...again. They don't fix it.
