The food here is good but the service is a real issue and ruins it. I came for lunch, ordered mozzarella sticks and had to wait 25 minutes for them. Before this, at the speaker I sat and waited for 5 minutes in silence before anything was said. And then, when I got to the window another 5 minutes to even pay for my food. There were 2 cars in front of me that ordered 5 drinks in total, which there is absolutely no reason this all should take 30 minutes. To make it even better, the worker at the window was rude and never even tried to apologize for the excessive wait time. I get there are lunch rushes but this is too much. Fast food is supposed to be fast even when there are people there, that’s the whole point.

Stopped by yesterday around 530, went through drive thru. Fancied a butterfinger shake, didn't see that option specifically, asked young lady who was taking drive thru orders if they had that as an option. Was told quite obnoxiously, no. No matter, pivoted and asked for a med heath shake. Young lady asked to repeat myself three times, each time ruder than the last. After the third time she then asked if there was anything else. There actually would have been, however her entire demeanor from the moment I pulled up was negative rude and obnoxious. If there were known equipment issues from the order mic outside to the inside headset, than be proactive and post a note outside. If you're having a bad day and public interaction isn't working for you that day, ask to do something else. But if you feel like being rude for quite honestly no reason other than it was a Wednesday, perhaps your employee should seek alternative employment. As it was, her behavior immediately made me change my mind at her annoyance and told her no thanks, changed my mind and left. Probably won't be back, there are alternatives.

I asked for lettuce and didn't get it. The burger was plain, no lettuce, nothing except bread meat and some ketchup and mustard. The fries were really small and extremely extremely salty, it's like they dumped a whole thing of salt just on our fries. Definitely don't recommend this place and never going back.
