This was our first time at this Wendy's and it was the BEST customer service ever. The food was great! Hot chili was hot and flavorful. Salted Caramel Frosty was quite tasty and fries were hot and fresh tasting. The Restaurant was clean with a nice variety of seating. We chose the Bistro table and chairs, not too tall that were easy to sit at. We didn't have to climb up into the chairs and the table was stable, it didn't rock back and forth like some restaurants. We will be eating at this location again.

I just tried Wendy’s for the first time and I cannot get enough. I order the “Dave’s double.” Two of them for me and my brother. The food was HOT. I asked for extra onion and no pickles. Then I said “now whatever you think is extra onion— TRIPLE IT please.” And they delivered. Burgers are fresh. They’re juicy. They’re literally my new favorite food which is not healthy, but I don’t care! The staff member at the window was hilariously funny and nice! I really wish I remembered her name! I told her not to talk to strangers (I have OCD and shave to say it to everyone to make them laugh, which she did!) I’m 30 and honestly shook that I haven’t had these cheeseburgers until now. I’m still so impressed. The ingredients were fresh, they use enough sauce the burgers not dry. The wrappers keep them hot which was good because I live in Oregon and had a 40 minute drive home. I love Wendy’s. And loved the burgers! Thanks bunches!!

These guys are absolutely terrible. They are still riding the Covid train five years later providing atrocious service, food, wait time and keeping their lobby and bathroom closed like we’re still in Covid lockdown. This franchise should have been shutdown a long time ago. What a joke! Wendy’s should drop this franchise ownership and issue a massive apology to their customers.
