Was here before 11:00am today (Saturday). Ordered inside. It took a while for someone to acknowledge, take an order, or anything else because they were doing other things. Most importantly, after getting a lemonade from the self-service machine inside, I saw bugs floating around in it. It looked like ants. There were at least 4. When we finally were able to let the girl know, she seemed aware of the problem with the beverage machine. She was going to give us another cup. What good is that if there are bugs in the machine??? We had her get one from behind the counter. There were also flies that kept landing on the register. I did see an ant crawling on the beverage machine once I realized what the problem was. But they keep letting people use this machine!!!

I had an excellent experience at Wendy's! The food was delicious, the service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend Wendy's for a tasty and convenient meal. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I wish I could give them 0 stars but they gave me a double stacked with molded bread… FDA will be hearing about this
