This store is so tragic. Now I see why my coworkers said they stop going here.. on lunch and the drive thru is “broken” as always. I come inside and this mess is a disaster

I really like this Wendy's. It's right off the blue line. I went in last night to a sign on the door to place your order on the kiosk. I wanted to pay with my phone, and the kiosk doesn't accept that form of payment. So you have to place your order and hit pay with cash then a staff member will come up and take my payment. As I was standing there no more than 3 min. 2 people came to the counter and asked for help or asked to order with the staff . The staff is friendly and quick. I have always had fresh food.

My experience with this location last night was highly unsatisfactory and disappointing as a paying customer. After paying for my food, I had asked if I could have a pack of mayo in my bag. It was then that the window was left open and I was able to overhear the rude and belittling conversation about me, the customer, for asking for a mayo pack. This employee, pictured below, was highly rude and unprofessional as she yelled out “Are you serious, do it look like we got mayo?” to which I then replied loudly “I’m not from here!”. It’s one thing to be disrespectful in private but to behave in such a manner in front of a customer who is choosing to give this restaurant business is down right shameful and unacceptable. For fear of them spitting in my food or doing anything inappropriate to my items, I decided to remain calm and polite. As much as I wanted to ask for a refund, I decided to leave without further escalating the issue or causing a commotion over a pack of mayo. As a tourist who had been sightseeing all day and just wanted something cheap and easy, I didn’t think I would be treated with such hostility and irritation, as if I was inconveniencing them by asking for mayo. A simple “we don’t have mayo packs” would’ve sufficed. I hope this experience reaches someone in leadership and also urges customers to think twice before spending money if this crew is working.
