Updating my review, wrong sizes for fries, drinks, and frostees, food is usually fine with the exception of tonight where it looks like my fries have either be recooked or fried in old oil. TODAY I REALIZE THEIR LARGE SIZE FOR FRIES,DRINKS AND FROSTEES ARE ACTUALLY MEDIUMS. Had it 2 nights in a row n compared the sizes, the large drink they give is a 32 oz while other Wendy's give out a 40-64 oz size it looks like. My fries were also in the red medium here but other Wendy's give u the white container that they also use for a 10 piece nugget. Employees are great and food ok most of the time with the exception of tonight's fried but u are losing money ordering here. Fries look golden brown on pic but they are more like translucent grey. No problem with employees except for process, the guy on register who wears glasses and seems to be Hispanic is great. Even tho I don't like to talk to much when I'm on a food run (which isn't a factor in my rating) has been great very friendly and trying to make conversation, he only makes the experience better and doesn't seem flustered or seem to rush. Employees get 5 stars, quality maybe 1 or 0 for not being consistent or even acceptable and overpriced for the wrong size. Seems more like a management issue

Honestly this is the worst Wendy’s location I’ve been to in a long time. Maybe we just have it nice up in the north suburbs and on the north side but this place serves cold food and soft drinks that taste moldy. Go through the drive thru and they will never hand you your food through the drive through. It doesn’t matter if it’s a long line or your the only person there, doesn’t matter if it’s raining or snowing -10 outside they will make a worker come and bring you your food outside instead of giving it to you through the window. And it will be cold already.

I really like the crew that work there, they are really calm and nice. You won't have to wait a long time, they work fast. The lobby is open 24/7 unless they're short of helping hands then you gotta use the drive through.
