The new Italian Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich is quite a treat. It was served hot, so the cheese melt was a delight. Loved their fries, too. After two years, I visited this location again. The exterior has ben updated and looks very appealing. The majority of the staff are friendly and accommodating most especially General Manager Dan. I had their Ceasar Salad a long time ago, and it wasn't very good. This time around, I was pleasantly surprised as it was the exact opposite - they didn't scrimp on the ingredients! It was very delicious! You start the order from a kiosk, which was fine by me, but the scanner did not work on Wendy's QR code from my phone. Was trying to scan for offer/reward. Overall, I was very pleased with this dining experience.

Efficiency and Professionalism What impressed me the most was how seamlessly Cash managed the entire process, from taking my order to ensuring that everything was prepared correctly and on time. They displayed a high level of professionalism while maintaining an approachable demeanor. Even when juggling multiple tasks and customers, Cash never seemed flustered. Attention to Detail When my meal was ready, Cash double-checked the order to make sure everything was accurate. They even took the extra step to ask if I needed additional condiments or napkins, which may seem like a small gesture but reflects a level of attentiveness often missing in fast-food service. It’s employees like Cash who elevate a typical fast-food experience to something memorable. Just love Wendy! My favorite hamburger place. Location is easy to find. Food is hot and steamed. Love chicken and cheese bacon fries.
