Service was friendly and fast. I had the Cheesey Beef on garlic bread with fries and my wife had a Chicago style hot dog! Everything was made to perfection! Very tasty! The fries are fresh cut in store! The fries size is HUGE! If you are with another person, I would recommend sharing an order. Can't wait to go back and try one of their cheeseburgers! Highly recommend!

Beef shack does beef right. The beef is juicy and Delicious. The sandwiches are Hardy and satisfying. The pile of french fries you get is phenomenal. I'm not alone in telling you that this is better than portillo's. Give them a try and you will thank me.

Very nice facility. Crew was friendly. Service was slow. Only one other customer. I do not understand why my order of one Beef sandwich took over five minutes. Now this is very subjective - I prefer a more flavorful beef. The seasonings were mild compared to other local beefs. The quantity of beef was ok but not generous. The bread also lacked the flavor I prefer. Again this is based on my personal preferences. Soft drinks are selfserve with free refills.
