Unbelievable no one here at the counter for the last 10 minutes to helping me so finally I placed an order on the app and still nobody is helping and the store is not even busy at all so I think they are just talking to each other. Unbelievable so if someone have to look into this matter.

I swear to god this location has the hardest time fulfilling orders. Everytime I order there’s something missing or the quality of the food is bad. Cold fries that are quite obviously old and by hours. Either whole meals, parts of meals, the wrong drink. It never used to be this bad but whomever you’ve hired in the last year it’s been awful. Best time to go is late night after midnight. That’s the best team you’ve got there.

2 drive up lanes is what they show. ACTUALLY someone responding at 2nd lane is another story. 3 cars go by in lane 1 while I'm asking hello to no answer in other lane. Go inside unapologetic, you can wait to make an order. No thanks never again, I blame ownership top down, let the customer suffer for poor training and profit importance.
