I came here late on a busy Saturday to get a quick bite, and unfortunately my order of nuggets were forgotten. I noticed this when I got home and knew it was an accident, so I called them and kindly brought this to the manager’s attention. I spoke with Tyrone, who was pleasant, helpful, and professional. My issue was resolved, and I very much appreciated the sincere effort to make things right. If more restaurants and places of business had this kind of great customer service, the world would be much better off. Keep it up!

I had a terrible experience. I ordered a spicy McChicken, and they gave me cold and it was as hard as a rock.

I live a few blocks from this mcdonald's so I order from here often, and 75% of the time they mess my order up. I am not sure if the workers are genuinely just stupid or not, but it is actually ridiculous the amount of times I have had to drive back to get food that they forgot to put in my order. Someone needs to fire the entire staff and rehire.
