Super disappointed with the service I got from the manager Maria today. We ordered food to go and when we got home took started eating my fries and there was a bug on my fries. Called them to notify the manager and she said I would need to take the fries in and they would make me a NEW One really… I am not going back out after picking up and order and almost finished eating!. Customer service was horrible and I am disgusted!!! Not cool She said they needed to inspect and verify I was telling the truth.

Grateful to have a nice, comfortable atmosphere to eat lunch and catch up with a friend without feeling rushed or that we were taking up a table space. It was not crowded while we were there. We both enjoyed a chocolate custard with Heath pieces topping as our dessert. Culver's has always been a choice restaurant for dining in and never have I felt rushed to have to leave. There was plenty of open seating available while we were there.

Dine in | Lunch | $10–20 This location has been underwhelming. Tables are gross and are not cleaned as often as they should be. I ordered a double burger, and they gave me a single. I let the cashier know and they did get me another burger patty. On my most recent visit on 1/11/25, i ordered another double butter burger deluxe with everything on it and they didn’t put on pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, or mayo. I am a bit confused on how they forgot all those items. Why did the cashier ask me if i would like everything on it if they were not going to put everything on it? They did include the two burger patties, buns, cheese, onions, and ketchup. I didn’t go to the cashier to let them know of this observation, but i won’t be going to this location again. I never have problems of people forgetting how to make a burger at other restaurants.
