General manager at this store is NOT A PEOPLE PERSON and does not care about the customer. Tried to call the store and figure out an issue I had this morning with my order and they were unnecessarily hostile and argumentative. Definitely will avoid going to this Wendy’s in the future… Joliet would be better off with another Dunkin’ instead.

Cold Old food employees busy on their phones they rather premake enough food to slouch on the job. Nuggets cold hard and dry, fries like chewing on pencils spit them out. Chili had uncooked beans mixed in with cooked, almost cracked my tooth on rock hard beans i spit it out, asked for forks its all in the bag they said rudely, nah just spoons and gave wrong sauce and forgot my large fry when we came back around cashier had an attitude and demanded to see our receipt from an order 5 minutes ago. Refused to take back and remake our 20 nuggets, 37$ straight into the trash literally! This place going out of business soon, don't be fooled like the rest of us wasting your money, read the reviews!

The manager Shawna was very nice. She definitely took care of me as soon as I walked in the door. My food was delicious. I got the five keep up the good work in super happy The last time I came, I did have to wait a long time to get my order took so she did an amazing job
