I walked in and there was a sign saying free burger if you sign up so I signed up on the app and after ordering, they scanned my app QR code, and the burger was free The burger was phenomenal. I ordered a one jalapeño jack burger. It was perfect. It was the right texture or the right flavor or the right everything. My kids ordered a burger and she felt the same way and my son’s chicken tenders were cooked well, but they were of the low quality ones. This is not a place to go because of the chicken strips but rather because one of the family members doesn’t want a burger. I would say the burgers are some of the best fast food burgers I’ve ever had equal to better than Culver’s The girl who took my order was actually professional, she was a young person, and they didn’t really expect much, but she was very thoughtful in her professionalism! The manager served our food and of course I picked it up when he called her number. He was very thoughtful and professional. Onion rings and cheese curds are the quality where you would come just for the Side items alone

Tried Freddy’s for the first time during my lunch break. Went through the drive thru. The young women taking my order was thoughtful, helpful with professional. I ordered a double California burger meal upgraded to cheese curd instead of fries. Total was $14.32. Food was great fresh and hot started eating the cheese curds right away .The order was correct and was even asked if I would like sauce for my cheese curds. I would come again. Customer service was great.

This place is seriously underrated and doesn't get the love it deserves. Ignore the hate as this spot outshines any fast food chain. It's usually quiet with no lines, so it's a peaceful dining experience, and its retro '90s vibe adds a nostalgic feel. The managers are also nice. Their burgers, turtle sundaes, and onion rings are 10/10. I took my friends, fam, they all liked it. I guess they've been around for a while and have always been one of the ogs in smashburgers. This location opened up near me, so I tried it out. My first bite of this smashburger was good as hell .crispy skirt, juicy, and full of flavor, especially with that jalapeño fry sauce. I hate typical fast food burgers because they taste artificial. This spot is a hidden gem for me
