Same monotone person two days in a row taking orders through the drive thru. Not rude but no welcoming, conversational friendly tone in her voice whatsoever. Just all business. I work for one of the most popular retailers on the planet, and we offer the most welcoming customer service around. The two orders of large fries I ordered yesterday were made perfect, were fresh and hot. Perfect texture. Tonight, one night later, I stopped by to get a hot fudge sundae for a family member and ordered extra hot fudge. I was charged .35 cents extra but absolutely was not given any extra hot fudge. The reason I have atmosphere three stars is because the drive thru on the LEFT side has such a NARROW, tight, major left turn diameter space that it leaves little space to turn comfortably, and the concrete curved curb chew into my finished front, right passenger side wheel causing about $300 dollars damage to it! I felt I couldn’t report this and would be told from any McDonald’s rep that I’d be on my own and have to deal with it myself. If a Manager or the owner teads this wants to assist me in this I would greatly appreciate it!

Third time in a row I've been to this McDonald's and the only person in the drive through and all three times they have excluded an item. How hard is it to listen to an order and read it off of a screen? As a paying customer, I should not have to check your work! Last time I go to this McDonald's. I m done losing money because you hire incompetent, or flat out illiterate employees. Shame on me for going back.

Currently standing in this mcdonalds for the 5th time because they forgot multiple items from my drive thru order. While I can understand having fun, I have been standing at the counter while these 'employees' completely ignore me, huddled in a big group, laughing. Completely unacceptable service, it's comical how bad management is at employee selection at this point. Props to the guy in the first window, he's always there, always professional. Update: After finally getting service, I am being made fun of in Spanish, they think I don't speak it.
