Younger Gentleman working register was very nice. The manager was very INTENSE and could have kept a lot of his words to himself. Food was great however we are the first people here and the restaurant is a bit dirty. Neither the opener or closer decided to clean. Hopefully next time we come, it’s cleaner. I honestly wouldn’t have ordered. Wouldn’t have ordered had I seen the floors.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. It seemed like there were only kids working, all supervised by a single adult. I would rate management, cashiers, and the 6-8 people in food service as 0 stars, while I’d give 3 stars for cleanliness. It’s clear that a new manager and team are needed. Wendy’s has a better system! There was poor communication between the outside delivery staff and those inside, and they didn’t even know my order was missed or given to someone else. The guy delivering food outside clearly doesn’t know what he is doing.

Im rating this against other fast food chains not as fine dining. First thing consistancy, no matter what culvers you visit or where you visit they are consistent. There sandwich addins like lettuce, tomatoes, onions are or seem to be fresh with no wilt or discoloration burgers are butter and smashed and have the crispness on the outside. Fries a crinkle and never soggy...and you are able to reheat them. The topping on this is the frozen custer...very good!
