My order was messed up, and I was offered the bare minimum. My husband brought me Culver’s for my birthday dinner tonight, and when he got home half of my meal was missing. I paid extra for cheese sauce to go with my fries, but had no fries. We live 20 minutes outside of town. The manager that answered offered to mail me a coupon for a free fry and since that is all that is missing that is all they can replace. So now I’m hungry tonight and that’s all you can do? So I’m going to have to purchase a meal and have an extra fry? Or pay a lot more for a burger and drink separately? & not to mention the extra money I paid for cheese sauce? Thank you for ruining a 36 week pregnant woman’s dinner and on her birthday. Thanks for the coupon I guess? How is this customer service? If I wanted my order messed up I would have gone to McDonald’s. The food at Culver’s is way too expensive for a simple 1 meal order to be missing half of it.

Very clean and well lit interior. It appeared this location has been recently renovated. Kid friendly environment. The staff were nice and friendly. Food was OK. The burger patties felt a little dry.

Had to wait 15 minutes at 6:00 on a Sunday for a single burger. “Mike” the packer of food was too busy telling everyone how many Miles, Taylor’s, and John’s worked there. What pissed me off was when coughed over the fries and didn’t blink. Before I could say anything they were packed and gone. My advice is to watch your food be made.
