got breakfast. ordered 3 two breakfast burrito things for 6 total, only got 3. my omelet biscuit looked skimpy and older than me. the ribeye biscuit was served on a busted up biscuit. i requested Mayo and ketchup, in the app it was on the receipt, and i had to wait over ten minutes for my order. it set me behind on my 2.5 hour drive i had ahead of me. i ordered a medium so the hash brown photo looks like that of a small. update: Hardee's reached out, asked me to fill out a form. i did so the same day. as original review. 2 weeks later I've had no reply or call from them.

Staff was great even though the drive thru was busy they still made the inside customer feel greeted and they were beyond friendly. They were rush around but in a professional manner to get all customers served timely! I’ve worked food service and can see the had a great leader (Tamara) you could really tell her crew enjoy and strive to work for her!! A

It is ridiculous that you must scan a QR code to order food. We walked in at 12:15pm for lunch. One other customer was standing working thru the process on their phone. We had gift cards and wanted to sit down inside to eat. Couldn’t find the item on app as we were new to app. The staff was all waiting on the drive thru and would not even look up. We finally gave up and walked out, got in the car and went thru the drive thru where we could actually tell someone what we wanted. If we didn’t have gift cards we would have simply gone elsewhere. We sat in the car in the parking lot to eat on this wintry day. Not happy at all. Chicken sandwich was cooked to order and tasted great. We had 2 sandwiches and a coke. It was $19. We won’t be back because of service not because of the food. East Peoria, Il
