We ordered over $50.00 worth of food, and they messed up the order. I called to express my concern, and the manager made an excuse and said there was nothing she could do. I would have been happy to give them a second chance, but she convinced me not to give them another chance.

Culvers on riverside in Rockford IL takes allergies very seriously. Kristin, the general manager is wonderful. If you have any questions regarding allergies, she will take care of you. Nice to know there are still people out there that care!

Part of why I enjoyed the experience at Culver's is because they always have broad mix staff people young high school kids working hard, learning how to earn a living. And income to help with college and then of course, the senior citizens that they have behind the counter are all top quality people. They're always kind, polite and extremely helpful and courteous. Unlike some of the other establishments that offer fast food Alternatives.
