If i could give negative stars i would. Went through the drive thru didn't get the correct order. Went inside to get my order, found someone else that didn't get the right order waiting. The manager was rude to both of us because she had to correct the mistake they made. Got my food and it was cold. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

If I knew how to add a picture I would, I'm in customer service and this was a crazy experience from the food to the manager thats working tonight, mine and my husband's quarter pounder was rare, all the fries in the order were cold and only half full thank god my grandson's nuggets were cooked, so when I called to talk to the manager she answered the phone rude as hell, I asked her name a few times before she would even give me her name, when I told her if I could send a picture of my food to her she stated there wasn't a way so I was ok with that, when I proceed to tell her what the problem was I got no sorry or oh my thats not good, I got nothing. I told her she needed to check the food before giving it out and make sure the cook is doing their job better, because I can only imagine what has been going out them windows and how many lawsuits their about to have from food poison. Please check your food before eating it guys !!!

I've been coming here for two years, and the nightshift crew has consistently provided the best customer I've ever received from a McDonald's location. Food is always fresh, and the service is always friendly and welcoming. I don't know their namers, but the white gentleman with the friendly greeting at the speaker and the black lady that cooks the food are very hard workers and do a great job. Please give them a raise for the service they provide to the community.
