Very pleasant experience, although I am bumping it down a star because it took a little longer to get our food after ordering it. Came to this McDonalds on January 20th. Ordered food on the kiosk and ended up being smoothly done. After we got to our seating, it took 15 minutes to get out food. Normally takes 7-10. Got our food and it looked great, and overall a good experience. (And yes, it has a playplace that looks good!)

Very fast friendly service. I got fries, cheeseburger and coke. Drove home 60 minutes then got extremely sick. Threw up for 6 hours straight. I’m not saying it was mcDonalds food, but I’m fine today. Food poisoning?? Anyone else have that Tuesday 2/18 from Rockford?

Terrible service, Sunday morning, we arrived at 10am, we placed our own order and waited 50 minutes for them to deliver us an incomplete order, and that was because we went to ask what was happening with our order, we were 6 people and they only delivered us 4 drinks, and the food colder than my ex😑 ....no cream&cheese for my bagel 🥯 🙄 ...editing... My caramel macchiato it tasted like an espresso 😑 and the hot chocolate it was just hot milk 😑🙄
