Have ordered DELIVERY here several times and it has been stolen by drivers. I spend my hard earned money supporting ChicFila via delivery and it’s put a major distaste in my mouth. Other restaurants in the area make the drivers confirm delivery on pick up. Please start making your drivers do this. Or I will have to stop ordering here all together!

I have gone there 3 times recently. All three I have been sent to the lot after waiting in the line “with my hazard lights on” to wait. After waiting in the line I then waited another 10-15 minutes in the lot. Tonight I was there almost one hour between the line and lot. I could have gone to a restaurant faster. Also two out of the three times my order was wrong. Do better for others! I will not be back, three times at $15.00 a meal is to many for the service.

Ordered in store at lunch. Cashier didn’t greet us. Just stared at us till we came over to order. Line to order took 10-15 min of waiting followed by another 10-15 of waiting for the food. Ordered a large meal and a medium meal. There were more fry’s in the medium fry than the large. Ordered a brownie for dessert and it was stale. Almost no space to wait because so many people were waiting for their order. Felt like a zoo. Food is good because it’s chic fil a but the fact it took 30+ minutes to get the food and them still skimping on fry’s is why they get the rating they do. That and the fact for $30 for two meals I expect better standards. I might as well go get the 2 for $25 at Chili’s. Better experience and price point.
