My daughter and I went to Culver's tonight as a special treat. We enjoyed our food, which was perfect. Sam(the short one..lol) took our order and waited patiently since we had to review the menu first. He was very polite and treated us with respect. We had our meal and then went back up for ice cream. Audrey, was very polite and respectful as well. The atmosphere was great. There was someone in the lobby at all times keeping it clean and helping customers if need be, even though they were very busy. I will definitely be back again due to how I was treated. The food was a bonus! Being treated with respect always feels good. These days that's hard to find. Thank you Sam and Audrey for making my night with exceptional service!! The manager gave my daughter a little something as well. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all five stars. For some reason Google will not let me fix the rating.

It was packed and almost no seating or parking but things moved along. I had the pot roast sandwich. I asked for horseradish sauce but did not receive it in the bag and was too busy to go back. The meat had a chunk of fat. Cheese curds were great as always and go faster than you think. And a scoop of the flavor of the day was good.

Very clean and prompt, friendly service. The food (as with most Culver's) was served steaming hot and fresh. I especially appreciate having real salt & pepper shakers on the tables instead of being forced to use those annoying packets many fast-food restaurants have gone to over the years. Keep doing what you are doing Culver's on Wabash Ave. 👍
